01 General Provisions
jet7 is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jet7 website and all associated services.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

03 Account Registration & Management
To open a valid account on jet7, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information will result in account termination.
Each individual may operate only one account. Key rules regarding accounts:
- A maximum of one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address.
- Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party.
- Contact jet7's support team if you need to update your account information.
- The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
- Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Designated methods must be used to deposit and withdraw funds on jet7. Supported payment methods on our platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
Key terms for deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
- Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers provided on jet7 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the specific terms of each offer carefully before claiming a bonus.
Welcome Bonus Terms:
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
- For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,000 in bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds.
- Another example: depositing ৳18,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making a total of ৳26,000.
- The bonus is provided once only; attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account termination.
- jet7 reserves the right to cancel or modify bonuses without additional security review.
- A time limit may apply for completing wagering requirements — please refer to the terms of each individual offer.
jet7's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%; Silver — maximum 0.8%; Gold — maximum 1.2%. The criteria for advancing to a higher VIP tier are set by jet7 and are subject to change.
06 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to betting activity on jet7. Separate rules may apply for each game and sports betting section, which will be displayed in the relevant section.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless jet7 announces a special provision.
- jet7 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds.
- Live casino and slot game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
- jet7 is not responsible for results arising from internet connection issues during betting activity.
- If the connection is lost mid-game session, play will resume from where the last session left off upon reconnection.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet7 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Attempting to obtain funds dishonestly by exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
- Using software bots, automated programmes, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
- Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial processing.
- Collusion or coordinated dishonest betting with other users.
- Exploiting platform errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
08 Account Closure & Suspension
jet7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Suspected compromise of account security.
- Direction from legal authorities or a court order.
If a balance exists at the time of account closure and is proven to be legitimate, jet7 will arrange for it to be returned — however, this process may be delayed during an ongoing investigation. Bonus funds are never refundable.
